We Help Businesses Measure What Actually Matters

Since 2018, we've been working with Australian businesses to understand their financial progress through measurement techniques that make sense. Not just numbers on a spreadsheet—real insights that help you see where you've been and where you're heading.

Started From a Simple Question

Back in early 2018, I was sitting across from a small business owner who'd just shown me their financials. They had all the right reports—balance sheets, profit and loss statements, cash flow projections. But when I asked what it all meant for their actual progress, they just stared at me.

That moment stuck with me. Here was someone working incredibly hard, gathering all the right data, but still feeling lost about whether they were moving forward or just treading water.

So we started arsyntevia with a different approach. Instead of focusing on what you should measure, we help you understand what your measurements actually tell you. It's about connecting the dots between numbers and real business progress—making sense of the data you already have.

Seven years later, we're still doing that same work. Just with a few more techniques up our sleeve and a better understanding of what Australian businesses actually need when they say they want to "track progress."

What Guides Our Work

These aren't mission statements we put on a wall. They're the principles that shape how we work with every client who walks through our door in Campbelltown.

Clarity Over Complexity

Financial measurement doesn't need to be complicated. We break down complex metrics into understandable insights that actually help you make decisions. No jargon, no unnecessary complexity—just clear information.

Progress, Not Perfection

We're not here to tell you that your numbers should look a certain way. Every business has its own path. Our job is helping you see whether you're moving in the direction you want to go, at a pace that works for you.

Real Conversations

The best insights come from actual dialogue. We sit down with you—whether that's in person at our Macarthur Square location or over video—and talk through what your numbers mean for your specific situation. No generic advice.

Our Approach

Built on Experience, Not Theory

Our team brings together backgrounds from accounting, business consulting, and financial analysis. But what really matters is that we've all sat where you're sitting—trying to figure out if the work we're doing is actually moving the needle.

Emilija Kaczmarek leads our measurement frameworks development. She spent eight years in corporate finance before joining us, and she's particularly good at spotting the patterns in financial data that others miss. When she explains what your numbers are telling you, it actually makes sense.

We keep our team small on purpose. Everyone who works with you has direct experience with financial measurement techniques, and we can have real conversations about your specific situation without passing you between departments.

We're available at our Campbelltown office most days, or happy to connect remotely if that works better for you. Call +61407905212 or email info@arsyntevia.com

How We Work With Clients

This is typically what happens when businesses start working with us. Your path might look different—and that's fine. We adjust based on what you actually need.

1

Understanding Your Context

First, we need to understand what you're trying to accomplish and what you've already tried. We look at your current measurement approaches, what's working, and where you're getting stuck. This usually takes a couple of conversations—one to look at your data, another to understand your actual goals.

2

Identifying Useful Metrics

Not every number matters equally. We help you figure out which measurements actually indicate progress for your specific situation. Sometimes that means creating new ways to track things. Other times it's about looking at existing data differently.

3

Building Your Framework

Once we know what to measure, we set up a framework that fits into your actual workflow. This isn't about adding hours of extra work—it's about organizing what you're already doing in a way that shows you real progress. We test it together and adjust until it feels useful rather than burdensome.

4

Ongoing Review Sessions

The measurement techniques we set up keep working for you, but we check in regularly to review what the data is showing. These sessions help you spot trends early and adjust your approach when needed. Most clients meet with us monthly or quarterly, depending on their pace of change.

What's Next for arsyntevia

We're planning to expand our educational offerings throughout 2025 and 2026. Not courses or certifications—just practical workshops where business owners can learn specific measurement techniques they can implement immediately.

Our first workshop series is scheduled to begin in September 2025, focusing on cash flow progress indicators. We're keeping groups small—around 8-10 participants—so there's room for real questions and individual attention.

We're also working on some self-guided resources for businesses that aren't ready for one-on-one work yet. Things like measurement templates and progress tracking frameworks that you can adapt to your situation.

If you want to know more about what we're planning or how we might help with your specific measurement challenges, reach out. We're always happy to have a conversation, even if you're just exploring options right now.
